Invitation and Link Issues

I can't find my invitation email

Check your spam or junk folder first. Invitation emails are sent from Sponsor & Exhibitor Manager's own system address, noreply@sponsorandexhibitor.com, rather than the organiser's own domain, so they can occasionally be filtered. If you still can't find it, contact the event organiser and ask them to resend your invitation.

My link isn't working

This is almost always one of the following:

•  The link has expired. Invitation links are valid for 7 days from when they're sent.
•  The link has already been used. Once you've completed onboarding, clicking your original invitation link again takes you to the main page, team selection screen, or a login screen instead of onboarding again.

If either of these applies, here's how to get back in:

1.  Click any link from a Sponsor & Exhibitor Manager email, or go straight to sponsorandexhibitor.com
2.  Enter the email address your invitation was sent to
3.  Check your inbox for a one-time code and enter it to sign in
4.  If you haven't set a password yet, you'll then see the option to set one for faster sign-in next time, or select Skip for now to keep using one-time codes
5.  You'll land back in your Sponsor Dashboard

Notes:

If you belong to more than one organisation or project, signing in this way takes you to a switcher screen first instead of straight to a single Dashboard. See Viewing Task Lists Across Other Organisations and Projects below for what that looks like and how to move on from there.

You don't need to wait for an email to get back in. You can go straight to sponsorandexhibitor.com at any time and sign in with your email address.

If neither of the above applies and your link still isn't working, contact the event organiser and ask them to send you a fresh one.

Missing or Unexpected Tasks

I don't see any tasks on my Dashboard

First, check you're viewing the right organisation and project. If you're part of more than one, it's easy to land on the wrong one. See Viewing Task Lists Across Other Organisations and Projects below to check.

If you've confirmed you're in the right place and still don't see any tasks, this usually means they haven't been published yet, or aren't currently set up to include the event you've been invited to. Contact the event organiser to check, since they control what's assigned to you and can confirm or correct it on their end.

I have more than one task, and I'm not sure why

This is expected, not a mistake. Depending on how the organiser has set things up, you may have a separate task for each event you're attending or a task assigned specifically to you or your company. See Why You Might See More Than One Task in Getting Started as a Sponsor or Exhibitor for the full explanation.

A task I expected to see is missing

Check with the event organiser first. A task not appearing usually means it hasn't been assigned to your event yet, or isn't published. This is something only the organiser can see and correct from their side.

Viewing Task Lists Across Other Organisations and Projects

If you're working across more than one organisation or project, for example managing sponsorships for several clients, or taking part in more than one event series, you'll see everything waiting on you across all of them in one place.

Signing in, whether by clicking an invitation link, a link from any other email, or going straight to sponsorandexhibitor.com, now takes you to a switcher screen first: an overview of everywhere you have work to do. If you only belong to one organisation or project, you're taken straight to your Dashboard as usual.

You can also open the switcher manually at any time: click View your other task lists, found above your Your Tasks list.

This opens Select a team and project, where you can:

•  Search across organisations and projects using the search bar
•  See each project you're part of, grouped under its organisation, along with a To do count showing how many outstanding tasks it has
•  See a status indicator against each organisation or project, so you can spot new or outstanding tasks, including anything sent back for changes, without opening each one individually
•  Click View tasks next to any project to jump straight into that project's task list

Notes:

If you're inside a Dashboard for one organisation or project and have outstanding work with another, a prompt will remind you and link you to the switcher, so work with one organiser doesn't get overlooked in favour of another.

Your account menu (in the upper right corner of the Dashboard) still works the same way for switching between individual events within your current project. See Getting Started as a Sponsor or Exhibitor for that flow.

Why Your Status Might Look Different From What the Organiser Sees

You and the event organiser are usually looking at the same status from two different sides, so the wording can look different. The most common example:

What you see
What the organiser sees
What it means
Submitted
Needs review
You've submitted the task, and it's now waiting on the organiser to review it

Getting Help

For anything specific to how your event has been set up, such as what a task is for, why you've received it, or whether something's been received, the event organiser is your first point of contact, since they control your invitation and tasks.

If you're having trouble with the Dashboard itself rather than the event setup, for example a technical issue, a bug, or something not loading correctly, you can contact Jomablue support directly. You don't need to go through the organiser first for issues like this.

You can now reach Jomablue support without leaving your Dashboard. Look for the support assistant, where you can browse help articles or submit a support request directly.

Note: Not sure which one applies to you? Ask yourself whether the issue is about what you've been asked to do (organiser) or whether the Dashboard itself is working (Jomablue support).

FAQs

How long is my invitation link valid for?

7 days from when it's sent. After that, it will no longer work and you'll need a new one from the organiser. Using the link doesn't invalidate it, clicking it again after onboarding just takes you to the login or team selection screen instead of onboarding again. From there, enter your email to receive a one-time code and sign back in.

You can also skip the link entirely and go straight to sponsorandexhibitor.com at any time to sign in with your email address. See My link isn't working above for the full steps.

Why does my task say "Submitted" but the organiser says it's "Needs review"?

These are the same status, shown differently depending on which side you're viewing it from. Your submission has gone through correctly. See Why Your Status Might Look Different From What the Organiser Sees above.

Can I see submissions from other Sponsors or Exhibitors?

No. You can only see your own tasks and submissions.

Who do I contact if something isn't working correctly on my Dashboard?

Contact Jomablue support directly for technical issues with the Dashboard itself. You can do this without leaving your Dashboard, using the support assistant to browse help articles or submit a request. For anything specific to your event setup or assigned tasks, contact the event organiser.

I'm working across more than one organisation or project, how do I switch between them?

If you belong to more than one organisation or project, you'll land on a switcher screen automatically when you sign in, whether that's by clicking an invitation link, a link from any other email, or going straight to sponsorandexhibitor.com. If you only belong to one, you're taken straight to your Dashboard. You can also open the switcher manually at any time: click View your other task lists, found above your Your Tasks list. From there you can search and select any organisation or project you're part of, and jump straight to its task list. See Viewing Task Lists Across Other Organisations and Projects above for the full walkthrough.

I think I've been assigned the wrong task, what do I do?

Contact the event organiser. They control what's assigned to you and can correct it on their end if something looks wrong.

How do I know if I have outstanding work with a different organisation or project?

Open the switcher (see Viewing Task Lists Across Other Organisations and Projects above). Each organisation or project shows a status indicator if there's new or outstanding work, including anything sent back to you for changes. If you're inside one Dashboard and have work waiting elsewhere, a prompt will also remind you and link you to the switcher.

Can I get support from within my Dashboard?

Yes. Look for the support assistant on your Dashboard, where you can browse help articles or submit a support request directly to Jomablue support, without needing to leave the page or go through the organiser first for technical issues.
